Bernie Sanders (I-VT) presidential bid Susan Sarandon made the argument that Democratic presidential front-runner was “more dangerous” than presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on the foreign policy grounds. Sarandon told Chariton she viewed Clinton as more of an interventionist than Trump and predicted Clinton would push to be involved in Iran if elected. “I believe in a way she is more dangerous,” Sarandon said. “They’re both talking to Henry Kissinger apparently late … She did not learn from Iraq, and she is an interventionist, and she has done horrible things and very callously, I don’t know if she is overcompensating or what her trip is. But that scares me. I think we’ll be in Iran in two seconds. It frightens me.” Sarandon, as she had earlier in the day, mentioned Clinton’s emails as a vulnerability, but went on to question if her foreign policy and that topic would be brought up. “It doesn’t even seem difficult for her to do all these things,” she continued. “So I’m curious to see if anyone brings up these things.” She downplayed much of what Trump has been vilified
