Scott: Why I give
"President Obama is in tune with me and my interests," explains Scott, an engineer from Pennsylvania who donates to the campaign because he trusts the President to make the right call.
"He’s just a down-to-earth guy. I feel like I can relate to him and his background, which makes it much easier to trust him when he talks about the issues. President Obama knows firsthand the importance of a job and the need for health insurance."
Scott donates because he’s worried about the growing spending advantage Mitt Romney has over the President.
"I’m really worried. Romney got over $100 million last month. We all need to dig deep and try to counter that."
2.7 million people, including Scott, have chipped in to have the President’s back—will you join them?
