O’Reilly vs. Conservative MKH On Minimum Sentences For Drug Dealers

Bill O'Reilly vs. Hot Air editor Mary Katharine Ham on mandatory minimum jail sentences for drug dealers. Ham notes that with mandatory minimum sentences a lot of not-so-bad drug abusers get put into the same category as drug dealers and are sent away to jail when they would actually benefit from rehab instead. O'Reilly would have none of it and insists that we must throw them in an already overcrowded prison system, which ironically is partially due to (mandatory minimum) sentences over drugs.
