Pelosi On Calling ObamaCare A Tax: "Take Yes For An Answer"

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said Thursday the Supreme Court's decision to largely uphold President Obama's Affordable Care Act was "no surprise" to Democrats, and is "a victory for America's families." Pelosi also dodged a question about whether the individual mandate is a tax, advising reporters to "take yes for an answer." "The court has upheld the legislation. I think and I have to see the specific language that they identified with how we wrote the bill in the House as part of the decision, their documentation for the decision. Call it what you will, it's a step forward for America's families and you know what? Take yes for an answer," Pelosi said.
