Rep. Cummings To Boehner: Don’t Hold Contempt Vote
Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-Maryland) said Speaker of the House John Boehner should prevent the vote against the attorney general. He said Holder has "already turned over 7,600 documents, gone through millions of emails, and has even given up what's called internal deliberative documents. These are the types of documents that attorney generals over and over "¦ have held close to them."
