France’s Front National party leader Marine Le Pen has congratulated Donald Trump he looks set to take the White House in the U.S. presidential election. “Congratulations to the new president of the United States Donald Trump and to the free American people!” she said on Twitter. Her estranged father, party founder Jean-Marie Le Pen who reached the second round of French presidential elections in 2002, also congratulated Mr Trump, tweeting: “Today the United States, tomorrow France.” National Front deputy leader Florian Philippot followed up with a tweet saying “their world is crumbling.
