Japan Holds First Civilian Missile Drill, Simulates North Korean Attack

People participated in the first missile evacuation drill organized by the Akita prefectural office and Oga city to prepare people in the event of a North Korean Missile strike on Japan. Recently, Three of four missiles fired by North Korea may have fallen into Japan's Exclusive Economic Zone and the Japanese government has lodged a strong protest against North Korea. On Friday, Japan conducted its first-ever civilian missile evacuation drill, simulating an attack by North Korea against a fishing town in the Oga peninsula.
