On Sunday, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, NBA Deputy Commissioner Mark Tatum, and WNBA president Lisa Borders marched in New York’s Pride Parade, reportedly making the NBA and the WNBA the first professional sports leagues to participate in the annual event. Jason Collins, who became the first openly gay player in one of the major four American sports, also marched. Hillary Clinton and top confidante Huma Abedin made a surprise appearance at the parade.
