In the weekly Republican address, House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) introduced his party’s plan to “get back on track.” The announcement of the plan called “A Better Way” comes on the heels of Ryan’s endorsement of presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump.
