San Francisco Votes for Police, Drug Tests; ‘Progressivism Is Out’

Voters in San Francisco passed ballot measures Tuesday that expanded police powers, required drug screening for welfare recipients, and reduced restrictions on commercial real estate development — a massive defeat for the left.
