Ian McCarthy, 39, of Clinton, Mo., is considered a person-of-interest in the fatal shooting of Clinton, Mo., police officer Gary Michael.
A manhunt is underway after a Clinton, Missouri, police officer was shot and killed while exiting his vehicle during a Sunday night traffic stop.
