Texas Governor Declares Disaster Area in Advance of Category 3 Hurricane Harvey

In anticipation of major storm flooding from a Category 3 Hurricane Harvey, Texas Governor Greg Abbott declared a state of disaster for 30 Texas counties Wednesday evening.
