Monday on Fox News Channel’s “The Kelly File,” Milwaukee Co, WI Sheriff David Clarke castigated Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton for what he described to be “utter contempt” for police, which he based on her decision not to fill out a questionnaire from the Fraternal Order of Police about her positions on particular issues.
