British Judges have a set a new precedent in a case involving Syrian migrants that critics say threatens to circumvent existing asylum policies. Four Syrian migrants currently living in the so-called Calais “jungle” camp have presented a case to the Immigration and Asylum Tribunal. Judges have ruled that all four men should be brought to Britain to reunite with family members already in the country. Judges Mr Justice McCloskey, president of the immigration tribunal and Judge Mark Ockelton, the vice-president, were convinced by arguments that the boys must be allowed to come to the UK when lawyers for the four invoked Article 8 of the European Convention of Human rights which entitles them to a family life. The same set of laws was used to stop Ireland from deporting a man alleged to be a recruiter for ISIS at the beginning of this year. The case was brought before judges by a charity group known as the Refugee Council, an umbrella group of various organisations that according to it’s website seeks to, “champion the rights of refugees and asylum seekers,” and counts celebrities like Emma Thompson among its patrons. The organisation is listed as a beneficiary of the ‘Unbound Philanthropy’ group –

LGBT-Only Migrant Centres Pop Up After Gay And Trans Refugees Experience Violence, Threats
After an influx of violence in refugee centres, the city of Berlin plans for a separate home for homosexual and transsexual migrants, echoing a policy implemented in Amsterdam. A spokesman for Integration Management said the organisation is “optimistic” to have the new accommodation up and running by March of this year, which will offer housing for 100-120 people. Berlin is expected to be the first state in the German Federation to create specifically gay and trans friendly homes for migrants. According to the Lesbian and Gay Berlin-Brandenburg (LSVD) association spokesman Joana Hassoun, LGBT people are supposed to receive vouchers to find temporary accommodation in hostels as they are deemed “especially vulnerable” to violence. She lamented that in practice those requesting vouchers from the State for Health and Social Matters, often don’t receive one. Ms. Hassoun went on to add that as a neighbourhood manager she’d only ever met three people who had received the vouchers out of a total of 150 people she had worked with. The reason for the need for specific LGBT housing is a growing amount of violence by a large section of refugees toward gay and transsexuals. Breitbart London has reported about transsexuals who were attacked by North African
Cameron Backs Move to Ban Full Face Veils
David Cameron has backed rules that would allow public officials to ban women from wearing full face veils in certain venues where identity and personal recognition are important. “Proper and sensible,” says the prime minister regarding a proposal that would see Muslim women remove face veils in schools, courts and other institutional venues. While there are existing measures in place to identify veiled women at the border – such as having them go to a private room with a female official – the face covering did become an issue in a court case in 2013 when defendant Rebekah Dawson refused to remove her veil in order to give evidence in her case. The proposal comes at a time when the government is looking to combat Islamic extremism and recruitment by Islamic State. “I think in our country people should be free to wear what they like, within the limits of how they like, and all the rest of it,” Mr. Cameron said. The prime minister put the ban in perspective, saying: “What does matter is if, for instance, a school has a uniform policy, sensitively put in place and all the rest of it, and people want to flout that uniform policy, often

Islamisation: Germany’s Tele5 TV Channel Puts Muslim Star And Crescent On Logo
German Television station Tele5 has changed its logo today to a German flag emblazoned with the Islamic star and crescent, just weeks after the New Year’s Eve migrant sex attacks in Cologne. Tele5 justified the move on Twitter this afternoon, saying that it was a symbol “expressing our sympathy to the victims of yesterday’s attack,” on German tourists in Istanbul. The attack in Istanbul took the lives of 10 tourists, mostly Germans, in Sultanahmet square, a tourist location near the Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. According to Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus, the suicide bomber who perpetrated the attack has been identified as a Syrian migrant from body parts recovered on the scene. The Deputy Prime Minister also clarified that the bomber was not on Turkey’s terrorism watch list, and it has now been reported that he entered the country as a Syrian “refugee”.
