Low-rated Jon Stewart Loses Major Advertiser Over ‘Vagina Manger’

Jon Stewart is a comedy coward because he uses his "comedy" to horrify Christians with stuff like, say, placing a depiction of the birth of Christ between a naked woman's legs...

...but when it comes to Muslims, he uses his "comedy" to protect that religious group from satire and even criticism by attempting to humiliate anyone who would mock Muslims in the same way he mocks Christians.

Stewart is nothing more than a left-wing policer of speech disguised as "America's Satirist" and propped up by a mainstream media that agrees with his left-wing politics.

For example, on Monday, a new "Daily Show" aired and a mere 1.692 million people watched. By contrast, almost three million watched a rerun of "Family Guy." On what planet is Jon Stewart some kind of phenom? The planet Craven Corrupt MSM. In better news, Colbert squeaked out a mere 1.155 million viewers.

And no, I will never, ever, ever, ever stop making that point.

Now, thanks to Stewart's religious bigotry, "The Daily Show" lost a major advertise in Delta Airlines:

Delta Airlines has pulled its advertising from “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” over a skit in which Stewart featured a picture of a manger in between a naked woman’s legs, the company said Tuesday.

In the April skit, Stewart jokingly encouraged women to use “vagina mangers” to “protect their reproductive organs from unwanted medical intrusions.”

In a statement Tuesday, Delta Airlines spokesperson Leslie Parker said that “We're always re-evaluating our advertising opportunities and updating our strategy in an effort to reach our desired audience.”

“Delta doesn't discriminate nor do we condone discrimination in regard to age, race, nationality, sexual orientation, religion or gender,” Parker’s statement continued. She said that Delta made the decision to pull its ads on Thursday.

The Catholic League for Civil and Religious Rights, a conservative group that has waged a weeks-long campaign pressuring Stewart to apologize for the skit, had pressured Delta and other Comedy Central advertisers to pull their Daily Show ads.

Catholic League President Bill Donohue has encouraged a boycott of Kellogg’s because it has declined to pull its spots.

It's just a fact that when you single only Christians out for these kinds of attacks and protect other religious groups, that is the very definition of bigotry.

Personally, I don't believe in or encourage boycotts. But at the same time, I don't boycott boycotts. This is a free country and if the Left wants to use this tactic against Rush Limbaugh for something he apologized for, I'll just pop some popcorn as Stewart gets hoisted by his own ideology's petard.

For the record, I have no problem with anyone mocking my faith. It just depends on where the mockery comes from. Stewart's a bigot, so I don't like it. But George Carlin, for instance, was a true satirist who targeted everyone and there was nothing he could say about anything I held dead that didn't have me holding my sides laughing. Same with Monty Python, who hit Catholics and Christians with everything they had in no less than three brilliant films.

But unlike Stewart, they were at least not smug about it.
