Thursday, Senate Foreign Relations Committee chairman Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN) slammed President Barack Obama’s for saying yesterday Iranian hardliners chanting “death to America” are “making common cause” with Republicans.” Corker said, “I just want to say how disappointed I was in the president’s comments yesterday relative to Iran. I know that we have questions about the TIP report and trafficking. I wonder if because we have questions about trafficking if it throws us into the category of being bad people.” He continued, “We are being compared to the hardliners in Iran because we have concerns.
