Trump Refutes Claim of Sacrificing Nothing for the Country: ‘I Work Very, Very Hard’

Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” while discussing the father of a fallen Muslim soldier who spoke at the Democratic National Convention and accused Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump of sacrificing nothing for his country, Trump said, “I think I’ve made a lot of sacrifices. I work very, very hard.” Trump said, “He was, you know, very emotional. and probably looked like — a nice guy to me. his wife, if you look at his wife, she was standing there. she had nothing to say. she probably — maybe she wasn’t allowed to have anything to say. You tell me. plenty of people have written that. She was extremely quiet and looked like she had nothing to say. A loft people have said that. And personally, I watched him. I  wish him the best of luck.” He continued, “I would say, we have had a lot of problems with radical Islamic terrorism. We have had a lot of problems. San Bernardino, Orlando, the World Trade Center, so many different things.
