UK Defence Sec Contradicts Trump’s Afghanistan Remarks, Talks up Nation Building Instead

British defence secretary Sir Michael Fallon welcomed the remarks of U.S. President Donald Trump Tuesday but in doing so made clear he disagreed with the president’s choice of direction on Afghanistan.
